He is survived by: his wife Bernadine Cast (Waylander); his brother David Cast; his sister-in-law Bernadine Cast (Waylander); his nieces, Jennifer Young (Michael), Gretchen Eames (Scott), Carolyn Ping (Perry) and Susan Bruns (Boe); his grandchildren, Benjamin Lindsay (Laura), Andrew Lindsay (Lindsay), Ryan Lindsay (Kailee), Caitlin Mitchell (Tyler), Margaret Eames, Sara Ping, Emily White (Keith), Allison McAleer (Matt), Lauren Bruns (Tayler Tjaden) and Tyler Bruns; and also, Lydia Adam, Alice Kocyon and Bridget White.
