He was predeceased by: his parents, Justin Lowenberg and Julia Lowenberg (Kiplinger) of Swaledale; his siblings, Marvel, Mary, Sylvester, Leonard, Melvin, Kenny, Philip, Richard, Evelyn and Pat; his grandson Anthony; and his son-in-law Roy Cisco.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred "Millie" of Ankeny; his children, Cathy Korthas (Kent), Dan Lowenberg (Nancey), Doug Lowenberg (Melody), Dennis Lowenberg (Janyne) and Pamela Cisco; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Kylie, Kim, Lauren, Spencer, Shane, Jill and Andrew. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
