He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Monk and Geraldine Monk (Cocking); his wife Tracy Vannatta Monk; and his siblings, Tom Monk and Terry Monk Barr.
He is survived by: his daughters, Abbey Monk and Maddy Monk (Nicholas Day); his sister Delia "Dee" Westphal (Alan); and his friend Dawn Thorpe. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
