He was predeceased by: his father Herbert "Herb". He is survived by: his wife Melinda; his children, Caitlin Corbett (James) of Altoona, Cassandra Wolfgram (Mitchell) of Farmington, MN, Alan Johnson of Ankeny, Zooey Johnson of Ankeny, Andy Johnson and Alex Johnson; his mother Jean Johnson (Brereton) of Fairfield; and his brother Harold "Butch" Johnson of Dickinson, TX. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
