She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Sandra Kovac, John and Jacquelyn (Cole Kovac); her grandchildren, Sarah, Laura, Collin, Erin Komplin and Chad; her former husband John Faulkner; her husband Phillip Guckes; her brother Eugene Elvick; and her parents, Magnus Elvick and Florence Elvick. She was also cherished by five great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers please send donations in Phyllis Faulkner's name to Guide Dogs of the Desert in Palm Springs, California.
