Peggy Sue Zahrt Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2024, at the age of 65, Peggy Sue Zahrt of Ankeny, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Norem and Betty Norem (Helton); and her father-in-law Roger Zahrt. She is survived by: her husband Kevin Zahrt; her children, Nicole Lewis (Justin) of Kodiak, AK and Nathan Zahrt of West Hollywood, CA; her granddaughters, Mia, Brenna and Hanna Lewis of Kodiak, AK; her sister Connie Stone (Trent) of Williams, IA; her stepmother Harriet Norem of Iowa Falls, IA; her mother-in-law Beverly Zahrt (Sierck) of Garden City, IA; and her sister-in-law Kim Nessa (Kevin) of Garden City, IA.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church - Williams (200 Beech St, Williams, IA 50271). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in honor of Peggy can be made to the Arthritis Foundation or the American Kidney Fund.
