As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Pearlyn may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her father German; and her husband Marcus. She is survived by: her sister Darleen of Portland, OR; and her children, Ken, Danette, Cindy and Stan (Grinnell). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Resurrection Lutheran Church (914 NW Ash Dr, Ankeny, IA 50023).
