He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin H Sr. Sandvick and Margaret "Ruth" Sandvick (Stemler); his siblings, Marcene Olson-Turner and Marvin Jr.; and his brother-in-law Ron Olson.
He is survived by: his uncle Fred; his aunt Marlene Stemler; and his siblings-in-law, Terry Turner and Sandy Sandvick. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces; and multiple great-nephews and nieces and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to Eastern Star Masonic Home in Boone.
