She is survived by: her husband Clyde Wesley Spivey of Ankeny; her children, Brian Spivey (Natalie) of Rosamond, CA and Jennifer Wiese of Ankeny; her grandchildren, Ryan, Kylee Wiese of Ankeny, Maya and Hannah Spivey of Rosamond, CA; and her siblings-in-law, Melissa Barfield of Hartsville, SC and George Blackwell of Hartsville, SC. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
