She is survived by: her husband John Koontz of Ankeny, IA; her children, Allison Raum (Eric Adams) of Ankeny, IA and Jay Koontz (Allison) of Clive, IA; her grandchildren, Leo Koontz, Hudson Koontz, Hazel Koontz, Eagan Adams and Ajax Adams; and her siblings, Diane Everett (Richard) of Waterloo, IA, Mary Bracy (Wayne) of Conrad, IA and David Brindle (Sharla) of Conrad, IA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
