She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelse Sorensen and Johanna Sorensen; her adoptive parents, Leslie Lathrum and Maud Lathrum; her husband Charles E. Warner; her siblings, Agnes, Stanley Cliff, Mildred, Wayne and Bobby; and her daughter Sue Horning.
She is survived by: her son Chuck Warner (Carol) of Ankeny; her grandchildren, Mike Horning (Jackie) of Cumming and Emily Miller (Brad) of Polk City; and her great grandchildren, Brady, Brock, Bryce, Brecken Miller, Ben Warner, Shaylie and Celina Horning.
