She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Freese and Maxine Freese. She is survived by: her husband Rick; her daughter Emily Weers (Brock); her granddaughters, Megan and Mallory of College Station, TX; her daughter Erin Miller (Nathan Meador) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.; her siblings, Kendall Freese (Marsha) of Diamond Springs, CA, Sydney Brinkman (Randy) of Allison, IA and Leanne Schipper (Ron Rivers) of Waverly, IA; and also Neo. She is also survived by several in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
During the pandemic, she read books to her granddaughters via zoom almost daily.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family to purchase an ISU chime paver or to the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church music program.
