He was predeceased by: his mother JoAnn Vine (Thompson); his grandparents, Theodore, Myrtle Vine, Leonard and Clara Thompson; his mother-in-law Mary Ann Garvin; and his pets, Mallory, Miata, Oscar, Skylar and Chaz.
He is survived by: his father Harlan Vine; his former wife Debra Garvin; his wife Debbie Garvin; his pet Zachary; his brother Duane Vine; his niece Angie Lindstrom (Lee); his nephew Matt Vine; his great-nephew Wyatt Lindstrom; his great-niece Zoey Lindstrom; his father-in-law Paul Garvin; and his sisters-in-law, Diane Diekmann (David) and Judi Needham (Dave). He is also survived by nephews and nieces and their spouses and children; and many other relatives and friends.
