He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Haberkorn and Freda Haberkorn; his siblings, Betty Anderson, Clayton Haberkorn and Robert Haberkorn; and his sons, Bradley Haberkorn, Mitchell Howard and Marty Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Janice; his daughters, Becky Hensley (Mark) and Shelley Haberkorn; his daughter-in-law Terri Howard; his brother Dean Haberkorn; and his grandchildren, Jason Copley (Tara), Lindsey Burris (JJ), Hanna Howard (Jordan Mix), Annie Howard, Jack Howard and Greer Howard. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
