She was predeceased by: her parents, Rodney Maffin and Margaret Maffin (Roepke); her parents-in-law, Dr. Milford and Frances Hayden; her sister Tracy Gravenish; and her brother-in-law Terry Burkhart.

She is survived by: her husband Michael; her children, Mathew Hayden (Amanda), Laura Small (David) and Benjamin Hayden (Samantha); her grandchildren, Isabelle Jolley, Michael Hayden, Maxwell Hayden, Madelyn Hayden, Emerson Hayden, Mason Hayden and Baby Small; her siblings, Jill Dushinske (John) and Dan Maffin; and her mothers-in-law, Connie Cundy (George), Dr. Patricia Harrison and Linda Burkhart. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
