Kathleen Campisi Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen Campisi of Ankeny, Iowa, who passed away on December 6, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Robert and Marybelle Quinn (Hemping); her children, Shanda Otten (Tim) and Robert Ayala; her brother Kelly Quinn (Linda Clearwater); her sister-in-law Lee Ann Quinn; her grandchildren, Michaela Thorpe (Solomon) and Montana Kinter; and her great grandchildren, Ezekiel Thorpe and Amari Thorpe. She was also cherished by one niece and two nephews; and a host of extended family.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Ankeny Funeral Home (1510 W 1st St, Ankeny, IA 50023). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family has respectfully requested that any memorials be made in Kathleen's name to: Animal Rescue League of Iowa or made to the Campisi Family for later distribution.
