Justin Thomas left this world on October 21, 2024 at the age of 46, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ed Farrell, Loren and Ilomae Utterback (Sampson). He is survived by: his parents, Steve Michael and Denise Lynn Farrell (Utterback); his wife Wendy Farrell; his daughters, Kaitlyn Farrell, Kailee Farrell and Kelsie Farrell; his sisters, Jamie Momany and Samantha Bruellman (Clark); his nieces and nephews, Jamel, J'Von, RaShaun, Kylor, Jadayia, Alexis and Adelynn; and his grandmother Darlene Farrell.

In lieu of flowers, memorials will be directed to the family and be given to a charity of their choosing at a later date.
