He is survived by: his wife Ruby Golightly Chase; his sister Judi Albaugh Burch (Riley); his daughter Tammy Heckart Kautz (Corey); his stepson David Chase (Mary); his grandchildren, Dustin Chase, Dillon Chase (Hailee), Jaydin Chase and Conner Heckart; and his great grandchildren, Paisley and Dawson.
