He was predeceased by: his father Joe Stratton. He is survived by: his wife Kayla; his daughter Greer Stratton of Des Moines; his mother Mary Stratton of Ames; his sisters, Ann Cornelison (Mike) of Ankeny and Natalie Stratton of Nevada; his nephews, Matt, Josh, Luke Cornelison of Chicago and Billy Harrison (Amy) of Nevada; his niece Nicole Christensen (Jay) of Kansas City, MO; and his parents-in-law, Carl, Joan Jackson of Ankeny and Labrador Bilbo.
Due to COVID, a celebration tailgate will take place at a future date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Iowa Public Broadcasting System, the Iowa Animal Rescue League, and the Food Bank of Iowa.
