He was predeceased by: his mother Susan Webb (Proffitt). He is survived by: his father Bob Webb of West Liberty; and his daughters, Jaci Webb of Kearney and Jori Webb of Ankeny.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the University of Iowa Children's Hospital as Jeff spent a lot of time in the Children's Hospital as a child.
