Jones of Ankeny, Iowa, born in Belle Plaine, Iowa, who passed away on February 10, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Jones and Frieda Jones (Huedepohl); his sister Jeanette Selk (Delbert); and his siblings-in-law, Ed Lawler, Betty Stoneking, John and Catherine Lawler.
He is survived by: his children, Melinda (Easter) and Matthew (Kristi); his wife Mary (Lawler); his grandchildren, Cormac, Connor, Emelia, Beckett and Sheridan; and his siblings, Dorothy Selk (Dale), Darlo Jones and Richard Jones (Judy). He is also survived by many in-laws, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Our Lady's Immaculate Heart Catholic Church or to EveryStep Kavanagh House.
