He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Henry and Mary Magdalena Sophia Waller (Vanderschaegen); his wife Barb; and his siblings, Don and Barb Andrews (Waller).
He is survived by: his sons, Mike (Liz) and Steve; his siblings, Chuck and JoAnn; and his grandsons, Sam, Toby and Andrew.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the American Cancer Society or the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital.
