He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Larson and Helen Larson (McClintock); and his wife Donna L. Parsons of Rinard, IA. He is survived by: his daughters, Teri Chase (Larry), Jan Anderson (Jim) and Shelly Larson (Kent Davison); his grandchildren, Dane Chase (Ashley), Brett Chase (Kristie), Claire Davison, Sheri Neddermeyer, Sheila Chase and Robin Boerre; and his brother Kent Larson (Elaine). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent in Garvin's name to the American Cancer Society or Second Chance Dogs.
