He was predeceased by: his parents, Segil Foster and Marie Foster; his brother Ted; and his nephew Eric. He is survived by: his wife Jane Parker; his children, David Foster (Tracey) of Johnston and Diane Monroe (Layne) of Ankeny; his grandson Ben Monroe; and his nephew Greg Foster of Madrid.
