He is survived by: his mother Connie Moore (Warner) of Kansas City, MO; his children, Luke, Will and Anna Moore; his former wife Kate Moore; and his brothers, Jason Moore (Susan) of Kansas City, MO, Rodney Moore (Dee) of Midway, AR and Clayton Moore (Kristena) of Michigan.
