It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eldon H. Pals (Ankeny, Iowa), who passed away on February 3, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harm H. Pals and Reka Pals (Kuhlers); his sons, Bruce and Bob; and his sister-in-law Shirley Pals.
He is survived by: his wife Lola Mae Kempton; his son Russ (Michelle) of Ankeny, IA; his brother Ron Pals; his children, Becky Simpson (Dickey) of Des Moines, IA, Dana Franzen (Jim) of Altoona, IA and Chellee Hedges (Dennis) of Omaha, NE.; and his grandchildren, Jason Simpson (Anahi Douglas), Lisa Steppenbacker (Jim), Amy Simpson (John Jamison), Aaron Pals (Laura), Mallory Winder (Mason), Jayme Pals, Taylor Pals, Jacob Hedges (Erika Schweikert), Aaron Hedges (Valorie), Rachel Baker (Justin), Jessica Hedges and Elizabeth Hedges.
