Gardner of Ankeny, Iowa, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on July 31, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Caine and Stella Caine (Tobias); her husband Lou of Cincinnati, OH.; her brother Charles; and her grandson Jacob Gardner.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Beth Skinner (Jim), Nancy Michael (Steve), Philip Gardner (Judy), Michael Gardner (Julie) and Carolyn Gardner; her sister Marcia Scheffer of Grand Junction, CO.; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Skinner, Madelyn Skinner Davis (Daniel), Colin Michael, Grace Michael, Brandon Gardner (Tiaurra), Josh Gardner (Spencer), Zachary Gardner, Clayton Gardner and Estelle Gardner.
