He is survived by: his parents, Sherwin Cook and Mary Cook; his fiancée Jenna Yount; his pet Bear; his siblings, Daniel Lovett, Jacob Korbakes (Adrianne), Cheri Cook (Justin) and Colton Cook; and his grandmother Ardith Cook. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
