The passing of Dorothy Greif of Ankeny, Iowa, born in Birch Tree, Missouri leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on July 16, 2024 at the age of 97. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Smotherman and Wrena Smotherman (Watson); her husband Gerald J. Greif; and her siblings, Vesta, Maxine Morgan, Bob and Ed Smotherman.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary (Brenda) of Prole, IA and Gordon (Mary) of Eagle Grove, IA; her grandchildren, Tony (Nicole), Scott (Canda) and Stacie (Felipe); her great grandchildren, TJ, Morgen (Tyler), Dakota, Macy (Nicole), Kaylea (Marco), Colton and JJ; her great great grandchild Bentley; and her goddaughter Alice Knoll of Grimes. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
