He was predeceased by: his parents, Ludwig Ficek and Emma Ficek (Privratsky); and his sister Shirley Ficek. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie (Bonnie); his daughters, Dawn Rae Bauman (Allen) of Grimes, IA and Kari Uhl of Grimes, IA; his grandchildren, Carson and Sydney; his daughter Tara LaRowe (Christopher) of Sun Prairie, WI; his grandchildren, Jack and Eva; and his siblings, Gordon Ficek (Roberta) of Dickinson, ND, Dennis Ficek of Dickinson, ND, Dale Ficek of Dickinson, ND and Gary Ficek (Vicki Bergman) of Fargo, ND. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
