He is survived by: his parents, Nick Dominick and Ashley Meyer Dominick; his grandparents, Alicia, Danny Meyer of Newton, Randy and Melanie Ewalt of Marshalltown; his aunt Brooke Meyer of Newton; his uncle Austin Ewalt of Marshalltown; and his great-grandparents, Keith, JoAnn Noack, Carol, Dave Ewalt of Marshalltown and Betty Ellis of Newton.
