She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginio Piagentini and Zaira Piagentini; and her husband Bill. She is survived by: her son Scott Houge (Janelle); her sister Gloria "Chi Chi" Green; and her children, Jeanne Uhl (Gary), Robin Karns (Don), Linda Robinson (Rickey) and Brad Houge (Lisa). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the Vittoria Lodge or to the Ankeny Area Historical Society.
