He is survived by: his children, Sallie Martin (Mark) of Ankeny and Michael Brooks of Ankeny; his grandchildren, Bailey Morain (John), Heidi Sharp (Michael), Abby Martin (Annie Cochran), Deven Brooks (Chealse) and Britny Brooks (Cameron Baker); his great grandchildren, Hayley, Gavin, Cameron, Isabell, Jackson and Rhome; his half-sisters, Judy Jerome and JoAnn Snyder; and his sisters, Betty and Linda (Russell).
