It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Ausenhus (Ankeny, Iowa), who passed away on June 22, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Norris "Happ" and Viola Ausenhus (Rinden); and his brother Ralph. He is survived by: his sons, Brant (Rachel) and Alex (Janelle); his grandchild Meredith; his wife Deb; his child Meredith (Nate); and his grandchildren, Ben, Abby, Kiley, Mya and Brody.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to JDRF, Sarasota Manatee Association for Riding Therapy, or Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.
