He is survived by: his former wife Christine Elizabeth Speer; his wife Lynhon Stout (Hough); his daughter Jennifer Stout (Roni); his grandchildren, Jack and Roo Kagan; and his brother Harry Stout (Mern). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and loving friends.
