He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Bernard and Mary Alice Frey (Comp); and his nephew Jason Frey. He is survived by: his wife Connie Faye Lull; his sons, Scott Frey (Reyna) and Michael Frey (Dannie); his brothers, Bernard Frey (Judy) and James Frey (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Orlando Frey (Autumn), Natalia Orozco, Scott Jr., Veronica, Anthony and Andrew; and his great grandchildren, Aaliyah Chavez, Augustine Frey and Camilla Chavez.
