David E. Orth Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo E. Orth and Mary Ann Meyer Orth; and his siblings, Stephen and Kathy. He is survived by: his wife Judy Kay Hackbarth; his children, Teresa Weiland (Ken) of Newton, Doug Orth (Diana) of Farmington, MN, Scott Orth (Christine) of New Market, MN and Jill Lees (Kevin) of Mt. Pleasant; his stepdaughters, Kristine Hammond (Shane) of Carlisle and Stephanie Edenburn (Patrick) of Bondurant; and his siblings, Carol Bentler (Joe) of Lincoln, NE, Pat Vorwerk (Steve) of Waukee, Nancy Tarbell of Burlington and Joyce Hoffman (Daniel) of Burlington. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

The family requests no flowers or plants and to please make a memorial donation in David's name to Burlington Notre Dame Schools.
