He is survived by: his wife Kay Osthus; his stepchildren, Kristine Wazio (John Jr) of Batavia, IL. and David Osthus (Shelli) of Urbandale, IA.; his stepgrandchildren, Lauren, Matthew, Grace, Emma and Parker; and his sister Pam McCaslin (John) of Omaha, NE.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
