He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Tadlock and Eugene "Tad" Tadlock; his daughter Angela Kennis (David) of Ames, Iowa; and his siblings, Mary Lynn Hirschman, Jeff Tadlock and Jim Tadlock.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Tadlock; his son Eric Tadlock (Charla) of Great Falls; his son-in-law David Kennis; his grandchildren, Kelsie, Shelby, Shawn and Nevina; and his siblings, Chris Tadlock, Andrew Tadlock (Pamela), Rebecca Hesse, Denise Hunter (Dan), Suzanne Tadlock and Julie Happe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
