She is survived by: her wife Carolyn Waddell of Ankeny, IA; her daughter Keri Sutton Johnson; her son-in-law Timothy R. Johnson of Newton, IA; her sons, David Starr of Chicago and Michael Waddell of Ankeny Ia; and her grandchildren, James A. Sutton, Antonio R. Garcia (Fiancé), Alexis J. Johnson, Connor R. Johnson and Bastian Starr.
