He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Keosoff and Lola Keosoff; his former wife Barbara Dann; and his grandparents, Steven and Alma Keosoff.

He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Orchard (Jeannie); his children, Steven Keosoff, Ihla Farrell (Kim) and Becky Petit (Richard); his former wife Jeannie Rivera; and his grandchildren, Josh Paglia (Angie), Jacqueline Brosdahl, Jessica Tomlinson and Jason Keosoff. He is also survived by 17 great- grandchildren and 7 great-great- grandchildren.
