He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Richard Howard and Elizabeth Howard (Pence). He is survived by: his daughter Jamie Howard (Aina Andrianotahina); his grandsons, Donovan and Dominic; his daughter Lorissa Sheeks (Howard); his granddaughters, Abbie and Anna; and his siblings, Richard Andrew Howard (Brenda), Robert Anthony Howard (Julie) and Carol Elizabeth Brejcha (Pete). He is also survived by 3 nephews, 2 nieces, 2 great nephews and 3 great nieces.
