He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius D. Rhoads and Gladys E. Rhoads (Wheatley); his wife Mary; and his brother Howard L. Rhoads. He is survived by: his children, Marce Huhn (Keith), Sandy Macklin (Mike), Sue Jennings (Tim), Tony Rhoads (Jana) and Paul Rhoads (Vickie); his grandchildren, Ashley Houck (Ryan), Carly Schieffer (Michael), Haley Huhn, Riley Huhn, Lindsay Macklin (Molly) of Josh Macklin, TJ, Jill Jennings, Blake Rhoads (Haley), Brooke Rhoads, Bailey Rhoads, Jake Rhoads and Wyatt Rhoads; and his great grandchildren, Tucker, Cy, Bryce Houck, Silas, Mary Grace, Phoebe Schieffer, Keegan Macklin, Maren and Harrison Jennings.
