He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Janet Bacus; his uncle Sid Vander Ploeg; and his grandparents, Herman, Louise Petersen, Henry and Lucy Kitt.
He is survived by: his parents, Mary Kitt (Petersen) and Michael Kitt; his son Landon; his nephew Logan; his brothers, Jeff (Danielle), Scott and Eric (Janelle Cameron); and his father-in-law Steve Bacus. He is also survived by his wife and parents.
