She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Campbell and Anna Campbell; her husband Orville Ballard; her son Larry; her siblings, Charles and Mildred; and her grandson Tim.
She is survived by: her sons, Lynn (Debbie) of Ankeny and Lee Ballard (Linda) of Ankeny; her sisters, Marjorie Ann Chase of Ankeny and Marilyn Dennler of Ankeny; and her daughter-in-law Phyllis Ballard of Newton. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
