He is survived by: his parent-in-law Jackie Lewis; his wife Jackie Duncan of Ankeny; his daughters, Stephanie Uhlenberg (Kevin) and Sara Ross of Ankeny; his grandchildren, Kezia Seitz (Cody) of North Liberty, Jackson, Piper Uhlenberg of Ankeny, Alex and Dylan Ross of Ankeny; his siblings, Juli Duncan (Paul Wharff) of Urbandale, Jim Duncan (Lynelle) of Ankeny, Valarie Johnson of Marion and Molly Duncan of Urbandale; his sister-in-law Judy Lewis of West Hartford, Connecticut; and his stepmother Barb Duncan.
