He is survived by: his wife Mary Oliver; his children, Nancy Nicholaisen, Amy Oliver-Peters and Doug Oliver (Susan); his grandchildren, Amy Jane Nicholaisen, Chris Nicholaisen, Virginia Nicholaisen, Ryan Oliver, Katie, Kai Oliver, Arabella Oliver-Peters, Lakota Oliver-Peters and Ashley Wilson (Brandon); and his great grandchildren, Deja Wilson, Addison Wilson and Johnny Amber Cramer.
