She was predeceased by: her parents, Sestilio Gioffredi and Maria Gioffredi; and her husband Robert. She is survived by: her children, Bob Battani (Anne) of Durango, CO, Jerry Battani (Ginger) of Ankeny, Linda Walker (Steve) of Des Moines, Dan Battani (Pat) of Ankeny and Mary Auerbach (Rick) of Highlands Ranch, CO. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Ankeny Area Historical Society and Kavanagh House of Des Moines.
