She was predeceased by: her parents, Avron Oleson and Avonelle Oleson; and her husband Gil Boultinghouse. She is survived by: her stepdaughter Sheldyn Himle (Sam); her son Gavin (Sandi); and her siblings, Peggy and George (Sandy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ann's name to The Animal Rescue League in Des Moines.
