He is survived by : his wife Barbara Petersen; his sons, Andy Petersen and Robert (Bob); and his grandchildren, Cole Petersen (Anya) of Denver, Hannah Petersen of Des Moines, Ethan Petersen of Ankeny Iowa and Audrey Petersen of Altoona Iowa.
